To claim our Money-Back Guarantee:
- Trial our handset for at least 60 days from the date of delivery, but for not more than 90 days.
- You must complete at least 6 treatments, and take a photo of the area/s you are treating before each of the sessions.
- If there are no noticeable results in hair reduction, email your 6 photos to us at support@lushluks.com with your order number, and we will review your application.
- All 90-day Money-Back Guarantee applications MUST be submitted within 90 days of receiving your handset.
- ALL images MUST have valid time and date stamps.
- If your application does not meet our return criteria, you will not be approved for a refund. Incomplete or illegible claims will not be refunded.
- If approved, we will refund you the handset purchase price (at the time of order), once the handset has been returned to our warehouse*.
Use the device consistently and as per the recommended period of time to determine the success of your treatment.

The claimant will bear the postage costs and the process of sending the handset back to us (Once the refund is approved by our refund team) .The return postage cost will not be refunded.
Do return the handset via trackable mail as we cannot guarantee that all return items will reach us, unless tracked.
The refund will be processed within 2 business day, once the return item has arrived at our warehouse.
